Once it is booked, it can be cancelled only 2 days or more before the puja event. We do not entertain any refunds on cancellations made within 2 days or 48 hours of the puja event. No refunds will be entertained for the Puja cancelled on that particular day during that auspicious time due to any reason given by the devotee’s side.

We have 7 day return policy for Rudraksha. All the Approved exchange and replacement of damaged products will be delivered with in 7 business days.

All the cancellation must be made via e-mail to info@astrovedicpuja.com or astrovedicpuja@gmail.com. We will send you cancellation acknowledgement within 48 working hours and if approved, devotee will be Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method in 15 business days.

If Astrovedicpuja provides any puja service, no refund will be applicable after the service or online puja performed.

Payment Policy

Devotee’s Registration is not complete until advance or full payment has been received for the booking. Advance or full Payments not received before the online puja will result in non-delivery of any service. We accept booking payments made by Bank Deposits, Paytm, Paypal, Check, Visa, MasterCard or Net banking.
