Steps for Performing Lord Ganesha Puja:
1. Preparation of the Puja Space: Choose a clean and sacred place where the Puja will be performed, such as an altar or a clean room. Set up a Lord Ganesha idol or picture on a pedestal or raised platform.
• Arrange flowers, incense sticks, a lamp (diya), fruits, and sweets (especially modaks, Ganesha’s favorite sweet), along with a panchapatra (a metal vessel) and water.
2. Purification (Achamana):
• Wash your hands, feet, and face to purify yourself before starting the Puja.
• Sprinkle a little water in the surroundings and the Puja items to cleanse the space.
3. Invoking Lord Ganesha:
